Description
Ionivka and Slavish (another "transfixed" student) were put as a team for doing part of the chores for the school; it is part of a training program of students into obedience. They have to wear electronic bracelets that could give pain to their wrists if an automatic Big-Brother-like system detects disobedience. That boarder high school is the best school for "transfixed" Big-Feet mutants, but it is operated like a prison.
