Description

This colorful Beetle feeds on Passionflower plants. It is about 3/8 inch (9mm) in length. As the name suggests, it jumps like a flea. It happens so fast one would think it just disappeared, lol. I have an image of one that was being stalked by a Jumping spider. The spider got within an inch of the beetle before it made it's move but that was not close enough. The beetle was quicker and made a safe escape. This is the last of this series. Tomorrow I will start a series of nude 'MANipulations'. I am quite curious as to how this series will be received. Thanks to all who have taken the time to comment on one of my postings. The feedback is appreciated. I hope everyone who has clicked on one of them was pleased with having done so. Leeco
