I really like the added effects you have in your image. The photo is great! I generally don't do this ... but you might be interested in a program called "Filter Forge" it's offered here at Renerosity. I use it myself and it can add effects in photoshop you might really enjoy. If you want more suggestions ... there are some free filter programs out there as well.

Thanks Boni. I do have the free edition of Filter forge and i also use it every now and then, but I dont know much about the other one.
