Description

The cammo is the one used for the east. This airplane was serving in Egypt during WW2 at Abu Sueir. I builded it in scale 1:32, the model has a wingspan of over 50 centimeters.

Great weathering on the wheels and landing struts. I see you've gone into a specific plane's history. That's a good idea. The size sure makes the table look small! I assume you will post more interesting photos of this. I think I already see a crew man through one of the windows. Keep up the good work! :-)

There were two crew members a commander/ fligher and a navigator. You'll see them in the next posts. A very interesting plane, it served also by Coastal Comment in Great Brittan. As a black night fighter it was very succesfull against the German planes, like the FokkeWulf. Thank you and salute, Gerrit.

First class Beaufighter model. You do excellent work. USAAF flew them as night fighters and photo recon planes. The Aussies used them very effectively against the Japanese.

I've read that the nightfighters served also by Coastal Command and the Japanese called it the whispering death. A famous plane I think . Salute,Gerrit.
