Description
Only a non-mutant representative of the commodore Morgan, Ms Taylor, has the authority for confirming graduation of any Big-Feet student that he owns. As you can see, Big-Feet are taller than normal humans (non-mutants). The graduation status is electronically inscribed into a new collar that she will be installing around the neck of the Big-Feet student who had passed the exams.
