Description
Not my usual fare... this was a happy accident when photographing a picture hanging in the stairwell; the whole landing was reflected in the glass making the figure appear to be floating. Seemed appropriate for Hallowe'en!
(the painting itself, b.t.w. is by the inimitable Mark Demsteader. The engravings in the "background" by the virtuoso Colin See-Paynotn).

Happy accident or not, this is a very effective pseudo-spirtualist photograph. Thanks for uploading it! I once had a film camera that did not properly advance its films and created a few accidental double exposures that were eerie.
