Description

I'm surprised that, after a couple of frosts, there are still butterflies flying around in November - especially Red Admirals, which are usually a migratory species (although, apparently, there are now some resident colonies in the extreme south of England - which is where I live). But there it was, resting on a wall and enjoying the late autumn sunshine.

We haven't had a frost yet, and there are many around on the ivy.
