your pieces feel so folkloric and myth-like. These two lovers are very real, great work on their forms and their light. And the woman's leg makes the connection. (Reminds me a little of that Michelangelo you posted, where god's arm makes the connection.) But then you have this whole other fairy tale kingdom around them, and it's just as real---and they fit into it perfectly. I love the ridges on the lily pads, and the big insects, and the frogs. It's packed and it feels like you took it out of a fairy tale book. Beautifully done, Barb: I'm with Bob (of shroom fame): Superbly done image!
