Looks closer then last, wonder what's up with that cement looking area on right with the wood supports, looks like it's coming apart. Cool shot.

beautiful and lonely
durleybeachbum
The very epitome of alone.
bakapo
he looks even more lonely here. nice work.

I like them both for different reasons. I would title this one "Looking Out Over a Ruined City".

So great there is a tree on the left side - so the lonely man is not real alone, he has a strong tree in back, that makes the picture as it has to be..you left some brown underneath and for the other part of picture all very bright in a place who seams to be darker... I like this one very much!

This is beautiful too but hasn't got the mystery of the other one. It is a great capture that conveys a big message. 😀

Excellent shot!!!

I really like how the elements seem to draw your eye to the lone figure, Mark. And the way the surroundings seem to accentuate the fact that he is alone, looking out to sea (or lake), contemplating things known only to him. Most excellent, buddy!

A great shot, Mark and now I see the rocks better. First I thought it was waves, but they were a little bit too square-ish LOL! I agree with Rod about the figure. :)
beachzz
wow, this gives the shot a completely different look. I understand how he feels; something about big bodies of water are so compelling---another GREAT foto!!
auntietk
This is as compelling as the first one, albeit with a different vibe. I love his stillness. At some point he will just turn and walk away.
