Love the picture and pose, Chris, but I think she needs just a slight shiny-ness to her skin like she has been working to get that old heap running (LOL). Maybe add just a small drop of "Metalicity" on the surface tab, say .15. It will give her a nice glow!!!

Thank you for your comment Greywolf44, but please never never ever use the "Metalicity" on skin textures. To make skin look shiny, oily or wet - you only should use the "Glossy Reflectivity" and "Glossy Roughness" channel. The problem with this picture is the HDRI, I've increased the value "Glossy Reflectivity" by 0.1 (0.60 to 0.70) and reduced the "Glossy Roughness" by 0.04 (0.40 to 0.36) so you can see the difference in this Picture with the same light. For me, that's already too much, so I decided against it from the beginning to avoid a plastic or oil look. Rather too rough than plastic ...
