Description
The initial model was a nice representation of a basic Triumph motorcycle showing features between 1947 and 1953. I chose the model that came the closest to an original and added those features that were missing, such as – replacement of the headlight assembly, seat, dial gauges, brake light assembly, fender supports, license plates, battery, and kickstand. I also added various frame components, and miscellaneous hardware (including the wiring assemblies) to show more realism. The pure Triumph enthusiasts will no doubt cringe on the addition of Firestone tires. I wanted to add a nice set of Dunlop or Michelins, but the graphics Gods conspired against me, and after hours of searching the internet, I reluctantly gave up. However all other graphics are true to the original. This model was quite complicated and tedious pushing my model skills considerably. I will return to it later for another version with enhanced features as soon as I gain more experience. I hope you like the results so far.
