Description
The poulet de Bresse is a French chicken product which has appellation d'origine contrôlée status. It may be produced only from white chickens of the Bresse breed raised within a legally defined area of the historic region and former province of Bresse, in eastern France. If you can afford them, they have the reputation of being the best quality table chicken in the world. If you are a leg man like me, then you may not tell too much of a difference. But if a juicy breast is your thing, then they are definitely your bird!

Nice picture. Not used to having the chicken come with the neck, head and feet! I used a currency converter to see how much and if it is correct, the chickens are $40USD. That is a WHOLE LOT for a chicken, LOL. And I'm not sure if that is a leg of lamb next to them, but that is also expensive too!
