these were parked waiting for escorts, I would suspect or avoiding driving for too many hours. there is a company close to this location that makes these wind turbine props , but I see props going both directions on the interstate and did not originate at the company close by

I too, like starhip64, from the thumbnail I had exchanged them for missiles. Fortunately it is only harmless and useful shovels of wind generators. Great photo!!!
