Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Excellent photo, Helle. Looks delicious and most yummy. My son makes stuff like that all the time, but I can't eat anything like that's because my diet is so restricted.

As a vegan, I'm gonna have to come to your place and move in, that's all. This looks great, Helle. Love the sheen you caught, and the mix of forms and colors. And, food wise, I'm sold. You guys eat healthy! I assume you leave this semi-crisp, even though they're baked? So there's still "crunch" in them? (See---and maybe Amit's family knows about this stuff---in the food I grew up with, they put veggies and meat into casseroles, and I swear they cooked them for 45 days---they called it tsimmes---and when it came out, it was one huge clump of 'mass': It tasted great, but any chance of tasting an individual veggie or prune---they put prunes in it---was shot after the 30th day. ((Ok, they cooked it several hours, not days, but it tasted like days.)) And, any leftovers could be used as mortar for the Pyramids. It was deadly.) This is more like Israeli cooking, not traditional Eastern European Jewish cooking---but this is probably just a Danish dish, anyway. Wonderful delectable-looking shot. I always get hungry when I see your food shots, which isn't easy when it's 3:30 in the morning!
