Description
A truly magificent creator of weather vanes. Ever since I was a young teen I always drove in Cheyenne Canyon to see what new structures he created, back in 1992 or so, a friend of a friend was visiting from another state, he was a licensed psychiatrist and mentioned when I drove us there he had said this guy is suicidal, not sure how he determined that, but in 1995, Mr Kemph took his own life with a gun.bummer!
His weather Vanes are highly popular.

Very nice shot Steve, and great creations, this artist had his own style for sure :) . You friend's guess was probably based on the suggested violence of these, well, not sure how to word that, especially in another language lol, but when you look at all these spikes, etc, there is like a rage in these!
