Description
to stop using insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides indiscriminately--they are killing our oceans. Most of our oxygen comes from the ocean. It is time to make greater use of the sun, water and wind to supply our energy needs---fossil fuels' carbon enters our oceans increasing acidity and killing off ocean life, particularly creatures with shells such as clams and corals--if the oceans die, so do we...It is time that people take responsibility and stop having so many children--there is something called carrying capacity--look it up. And, of course, industrial capitalism encourages population growth so all that crap they produce can be sold and economies can keep growing and growing. Growth that is beginning to resemble a cancer. Business will do nothing until the waters of New York Harbor are lapping at the steps of the NYSE. It is up to the citizens of the planet to be smart with our daily lives, how we shop and consume, etc. Vote wisely. Too many of the pols are sitting deep in the pockets of the corporations munching away--get rid of them...vote them out.
Do something important before it is too late...
Thanks for dropping by. Sorry for the soap box lecture, but it is something near and dear to me...

We so pollute everything, most mankind has no respect for our planet and what's in it, we take what we want and don't care about the outcomes. Love your time image Barb, super use of lighting.

it would be really nice if there wasn't planned obsolescence built into everything we buy - you know we just gotta go out and buy the latest thing because the as men said our old stuff that we bought 2 months ago is not the latest and greatest
