Description

Link to tour map for orientation: http://npmaps.com/wp-content/uploads/gettysburg-map.jpg Most of what follows is around the Pennsylvania Monument (12) on the map. We go on to Little Round Top (8) and take a telephoto tour of Devil's Den (left of Little Round Top). What we just came from (where we go next in the real time posting tour) is the area of the first day's battle which is (3) near the top of the map. Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

74 men dead or wounded. I wonder who they were and where they came from. I wonder how many were in a division and in a corps. It gives an idea of how many were involved in the fighting. Today, nobody knows who they were, but back then they were someone's dad, brother or son. Keep up the good work. :-)
