we have a similar notice on the foodbank wall i work at at St Andrews....

Sadly it happens all too often. Plus our hospital keeps announcing it is a SMOKE FREE ZONE, so why do patients with tubes everywhere sit/stand outside smoking. You have to take a deep breath before you can get past them!!!!!

It seems to be everywhere. Some people don't respect anything, even those who are trying to help them.

and what's worse, some who have exhibited this behaviour will cry and moan about how the cruel people withheld their treatment and sue the hospital... go figure
