How many Characters can you put in your scene before crashing the program ..I gave up after 11 characters and a scene..no problem.. Iray render took 35minets.

yes, with enough RAM and by creating instances of your character you can place a good amount of them before Daz Studio hangs.

Now, those would look really great in my front yard! My kind of pink flamingos.....
OK...... I've managed somewhere between 12 - 15 figures in Poser, but haven't tried more than a couple in DS.. I'll have to give it a shot once I get this project I'm working on done.

I don't know donnena (though I should check him/her out, if you recommend them), but I do know Mike, and you couldn't do better than to be inspired by his wonderful visions. I love the presence and tactile and gleaming feeling of all these women placed in different configurations across your garden/yard. They have the feel of Mike's models, and the complete world-unto-themselves, too. They're doll-like, but human. And you've got them spread out in a silent dance. And I love the lady in front with her back to us, and another covered by her umbrella. You positioned them in this yard with a real flow from left to right; and the gazebo and bridge---and little moat---are perfect. A sheer delight; and, full size, it's chock full of beautiful detail.
