Stepping out of my comfort zone to add colors to create a "retro pinup" look..am I on the right track? V4 character converted to G8

I love what you did with the textures, they show up really well in Black and white. I might change the upper arm to the black with lighting flashes and the trim to match the boots. And I'd try using the creamy color on the gun on the wing and ear pieces on the helmet. But what do I know? It might not pop as well with light sky. The wings on the helmet fading away wouldn't help. But the ear pieces mirroring the circle shape on the gun and being highlighted with trim or something might enhance the retro feel of it.

Now that I see the piece in B/W, I would definitely change some colors/finishes on the suit/helmet. I agree that some sort of lighter trim on the helmet would help it pop..as for the outfit, its an older V6 so I'd have to see if I could change colors or not. I usually work with the newer outfits but that was a freebie, and it did look retro-ish..thanks for taking the time to comment!!
