Beautiful use of godrays, perspective, and a very strong composition. You're thinking very big. This would be great on a large canvas, at least 6 feet long. Some of the details do get lost even when looking at full size on a computer screen. Given how beautiful the overall work is, I would welcome you posting some cropped details.

I think you got the environment thing sorted out pretty well. The wing edges, the dust in the air and of course those must have God rays. The whole image is a masterpiece.
