------------------ An old photo that someone wanted me to make into a card. (Lake Michigan in winter fog.) * * * Once again, I'm late on a bday! Today it's Mike/Faemike55: Happy Birthday, Mike!!! I didn't forget you!!! (I had minor surgery on my infection---I'll spare you the details---so I'm laying low. I should post the dedi in the next day or two.) What a fabulous shot. Love the dunes we see in the forground against the big city in the background. Amazing. Hope you will recover fully within a few days, dear Mark. And Happy Birthday Mike :)

I remember this shot, and it makes me crazy every time I see it! LOL! It always appears to me that I'm on a high hill overlooking Chicago. :P You SAY you just stood there and took the picture, but I think there's something more to it. Maybe aliens. Maybe ancient Egyptians. Maybe it's because I've been exposed to too many chemtrails. IDK. But either way, it's a fantastic picture, and I love how engaged I get every time I see it!

Love what you've done with it for this card, btw. Beautiful result!

This is a lovely shot, Mark - it transports us to another time and place, and leaves such a wonderful feeling of calm and serenity. An excellent card, buddy!
