Well, you know - you're right! I use photo references for most of my poses, including for this one. I just pulled up the photo I used for this pose, and the model is doing this and doesn't look in pain. However, when I tried leaning up against the wall like this just now, it does feel a little awkward. I can do it - I just wouldn't want to do it for long. LOL

And yes, your comment made me get off my chair and do that!
