It doesn't have a carburetor--- wait! wait!, listen? 1957! and it has more than the two gears of a funny car-- again 1957! So that opens the door to a LS engine and a Tremec at least 5 speed--- OK, I'm backing off --- wrinkle walls? 155 in the quarter was very fast even for a dragster and people still believed in the coefficient of friction on pavement having to be less than 1
