With and without colors :) Have a beautiful day/evening. We had a lousy grey and windy weather again today and just now we have 4C. Thanks for having a peek :)

Splendid bit of art variation in this vase (pronounced 'voz') and snack (wine and apples?) renderings, Helle.

They are both very beautiful and it is good to have a snack when you are creating. Excellent work. 😀

I love you relaxed style, as you know. They are both great, but I like the colour one best.

I love seeing before-and-after images, as it gives me a little insight into how you do what you do. You did the full sketch first and then the colors? Since you have such a loose final style I would have imagined you would have started with an even simpler starting sketch, then add some splashes of color and play off those by overlaying a more detailed sketch once the watercolor dried. But what do I know? :) The end result is all that ever matters and this is a charming end result.

Both are very good drawings/paintings, Helle. I love your artistic b.w., and on the other hand, I love the vase, and apple colours, so cool; for you marked them with the right kind of light, so the shape became such great on it. I always love your artistic work, dear friend, wishing you and Per a fantastic and warm weekend.

Very lovely artwork, Helle!

It's cold here, too - and we're supposed to get snow tonight....

I adore this, Helle:)! You know how i love your ink drawings...but i cannot chose, because i also love so much your watercolour work...so, i love both, a lot! And the detail of the flower in the table, that it is simply there, is delicious ! I agree with Andrea fully about your relaxed style!

This is so nice! I have something similar hanging on the wall just to my right, as I sit here at the computer. :D

I'm skipping all over, trying to get images I've not commented on yet. Forgive the helter-skelter order of my comments this morning! The sketch is a pure Helle sketch, with a mix of concentration and that free way you have when you do quicker sketches. Both are present here. And the big jug has a feeling of "sheen" from all that white. And I love the fast and intense lines in the fruits and glass, etc. You made your background lighter, by comparison, with less intense lines.

The color version has deep reds, purples and dark yellows---rich deep hues. Set off against paler hues on the table and in the wall. They're both fine pieces, Helle, and they show your artistry in both media---color/painting and line drawing. Another wonderful still life from you.
