Description
Egads, it's been eons since I last posted a rose, this one captured 3/15/10 @ 7:26 am, somewhere within the vast confines of the neighborhood. There are still tons of roses in my files yet to be posted, so I'll try to be more productive in that area.

"a rose by any other name would smell as sweet..." (something like that). Your rose series is one of your great series, and it's good to have it back, and I'm amazed you have the number, as numbering went out the window when RR did it's big "change" a few years back. (But I know your roses are in the hundreds...) You got a side shot, I mean from the sides of the petals, and it's a whole other view, because instead of seeing the sumptuous top view, we see a somewhat 'guarded' view, and yet the light you captured makes the petals look like they're reaching out for the heavens. Beautiful white light on those petals. and the angle almost looks like it's being served to us on a waiter's platter...
