The car looks really great !
To control the highlight / blowout on her skin, select your character and then go to the Surfaces tab. There select your character and expand. Then click on "Skins". On the right side look for Diffuse Color / Diffuse strength. You can try to use a grey color or reduce the strength. If should help you get better skin details. There is also "Specular Color", using grey instead of white will also help you to control the blown out highlights. This is just something you can start to experiment on.

Very pretty girl in a lovely summer scene. Her smile needs a bit of work... it takes more than just one turn of a dial for a sexy smile. You could slightly move her upper jaw to show less teeth and close her mouth a tiny bit... and adjust her mouth corners too
