What a terrific photograph! You've conveyed everything I need to know about this house. The beauty of the surroundings, the immediacy of living right on the ocean, and the fear that one good storm would do more damage than could be repaired. You could sell this house to anybody on a warm, calm summer afternoon, but visions of sitting out on the deck with coffee would soon be replaced with the reality of wind and temperatures more conducive to being indoors.
