Hi, I'm Andrea, and I'm interested in creatures and plants both wild and tamed, and people of all sorts. I only use a compact digital camera ,as I love being able to get it into a back pocket, and not have to cart heavy kit about. I carry a Panasonic Lumix TZ series, binoculars and a hand lens almost everywhere. Most of my outings are with the dogs so I only use point and shoot.
I am getting the hang of Photoshop, thanks to some very kind folk on RR!
I have a wildlife garden in Bournemouth, Dorset, in the UK, and spend a lot of time there . I retired from teaching art to teenagers a while ago.
I'm now getting some good results with my digi compacts; it took me a while to make the switch from my old film camera, an 1960 ish Pentax Spotmatic, but the mistakes are much cheaper!
I have 4 lodgers, 3 dogs and a parrot who, as at 2017, I have had 40 years.
I has so far had 19 dogs, mostly rescues.

Well no wonder you like it. I would too. Wonderful lighting and post work. My first thought was that it looked a bit like the London skyline.

My mom gave me the small bottle of obsession years ago. I still have the bottle, tho the perfume has gotten kinda stale. One of my favorite scents!!

Now I'm skipping forward to get another bottle. I assume this is with Topaz. (Or similar.) Love the way you brought out the bulgy thick feeling of the two back bottles. And the squat, fat feeling of the front one. The topaz lines---those bright lines of color that streak through the bottles---accentuate the shapes. They also feel like the lines of a drafting artist. Your color---esp in the largest bottle---helps the bottles stand our from each other. And I love the heavy light in the upper right corner. Another first rate bottle image from you, Andrea.
Well I'm at 50 minutes in your gallery, and these days, that's about the longest I can go, so I'll move on. But I'll be back again soon. I hope my long comments aren't a strain when you're struggling with energy, etc: At least you know you inspire me! Take care, and I'll do more of what I didn't comment on next time. (I see everything regardless...)
