Emotions are controlled by the so called limbric brain, often unconsciously . The emotions often occurs as "coin sets" where two emotions relates to each other. Fear contra aggression, joy contra sorrow and so on. A weird bipolarity where you sometimes is caught in the middle. As an example crying and laughter, the first one sometimes sound like laughter and the last one can give wet eyes. Emotions is also linked to early events in the memory and can be tricked by simular situations. The human life from toddler to an adult deals with a learning process of handling emotions.. Feelings on the other hand are personal reactions to emotions based on what you experienced in life..A sort of generalisation..hm?.. Ashinay: Don't forget that emotions/feelings get you to react quickly if needed, you can't evaluate a direct treat for long, you have to react instinctively...It often saves lives..
