Beautiful work and so fantastic Colors!!!

Unusual for you (not unheard, but uncommon in your recent gallery) in that you used an old textured paper surface, like this were a keepsake, an image of a lover from your grandparents' generation. Of course she's a fae...and, in your image, she feels like a spirit who's about to impart some secret...the image has that old tinted beautiful keepsake feel to it---esp with your pink tones throughout, and her face is covered in a slivery pink, with blues...She seems to have stepped out of a fairy tale kingdom to say hello. And the flowers---mingling with her---suggest she grew out of a place where flowers and humans mingle. This has great charm and nostalgia, and magic. And the little creature---whispering in her ear (thus your title)---is a delight, while she looks at us as if she's involved in his 'message' for the time being, maybe preparing to reveal that message when he leaves...And the flower on the right adds an organic, almost leopard's skin feel to the piece. Love her expression. (And her eyes seem to have some circular objects in them, like she's looking into something very magical.) This could be an illustration for a children's book.
