That's a very nice action shot... lots of details

And now trying to give a bit of constructive criticism : the hand/finger pose of her left hand is a bit off, not truly holding the arrow (done this wrong myself so many times, so I know it is hard to get right and easy to overlook). As she's aiming, it would look more natural if the one eye is closed...
