Like a wonderful impressionistic painting. Outstanding work.

I like the result. It's very cold, especially with the tree reflected in that icy water! A terrific piece.

It took me several minutes to understand what I was seeing. Your vision and technique is outstanding.

You are excellent at the photo manipulation, love it.

How you combine photos with traditional painting always dazzles me: My manipulations are so digital; your are like you passed it through an oil painting, like you could actually use an oil painting as a 'filter'. The snow/ice here dominates the piece; it's like a huge iced dessert. And the trees grow out of it like a lineup of broadway dancers---they tilt to the right and left, like a chorus line. (Some are reflected for extra depth.) And the gray stuff on the bottom is very rich, with golds! As for your title---it brings us to the top, with that bold 'shout' of blue: Which makes the entire image. Terrific, very musical, and very visceral. As jendellas says, you are excellent at this. I love it too.

Thank you for commenting, Mark. I may repeeat myself but you have a wonderful ability of find in my works what I do not see. As for painting, it is virtual painting with virtual brushes done in Corel Painter, which is designed for such things, and a Wacom tablet. I do on a bleak photo image clone. Of course, I add something of my own, depending on how I feel. I am so glad you like this one.
