Description
This is for Mandi aka Blankfrancine!
I have been visiting the galleries regularly and supporting my friends commenting and so forth
but was finding difficulty producing anything!!
My muse so it seems was taking some kinda time out and now i feel a renewed passion for my artistry!
So thanx again Mandi for the proverbial kick in the butt got me to rethink my whole attitude.
Truth is I think I started too many projects and finished none of them and I kinda lost balance.
So now I want to get to it and get on with the work of creating art again.

creative slumps are gagging (yet pretty common for full-time artists), and I'm so glad Mandi was able to light the fire again for your exceptional artistry. This has all the finesse and subtleties that typify your work. Full size, even the background has wonderful wood-lines and grain; it's alive with electricity. And the color-scheme here is deep reds, browns, purples, some dark greens. A 'tonal family'. Your model traverses from slightly right---her feet---to slightly left---a subtle movement as we go up...with your typically subtle 'S' curve (via her hips). That's a small thing, I know: But it's the sign of visual music, and you do it as well as anyone here. You gave a subtle sheen to her sleeves and even her jacket: It's almost like polished leather...while the metal shines like lights. Her face is alert, her skin tone perfect, and her hair is almost a design element, in the way it bifurcates her face. Another highly-tuned Bob piece, with so many values in the details. I wish you continued flowering inspiration, Bob, and that it remain your visible companion forever.

This is an absolute delight! Your artistic vision is always so well executed, so I'm really excited to fall in love with one of your characters. Her clothing and accouterments make sense (you know ... as opposed to scantily clad women in metal armor with big weapons), and she looks like she means business. Her surroundings are rich, and just right for her story. Beautiful work!
