Like Bob says, this looks like toffee, still being stirred. The forms are like interlacing bones (as in the spinal vertebrae), but the surfaces are like a thick viscous fluid---like toffee, or at least a hot pudding being stirred. Your colors---chocolate hues with peach and burnt beige hues---are very rich. And the compression of forms, as we move towards the center, give real depth to this endless pot of stirring confection. Beautifully done, and painterly too.
