A friend asked if I'd make images for a charity thing: All based on the lake.
That was last night.
SInce I couldn't photograph in my robe, in sub zero temps---I used old shots. These are all in my gallery---sorry! But I re-sized and re-worked them, so they're half new. This one was lengthened, recolored, etc.
Better zoomed for detail.

It is simply stunningly beautiful, Mark. I have seen similar and it might have been the same photo and I still have it. These warm golden colors against the glittering waterdrops is just fantastic. Love it !

I remember the shot, but this version is so delicious, so glorious, it's wiped the original from my mind. As I recall, it was more pale and gray-blue, but ... wow ... this is amazing! Gorgeous!!!

Oh, this is spectacular, Mark! I love how you captured the water splashing, and the backlighting makes the water droplets look like sparkling gems. This is really a beautiful photograph, my friend.

"your" lake over there is so endless, could be the ocean... I have seen a part from the airplane... what a landscape and what a powerful picture you did with camera and postwork! Love the different layers from calm to explosive waves, from dark to bright.
