Description
He's out of food, ammo, water, and hope. He knows if the winter doesn't take him, a well placed enemy round will. He s so cold, he doesn't care if the light attracts attention.

The description contains exactly what I was about to write. Gone are the days of fancy, goose step parades with flowers from little girls and the occasional much anticipated appearance and speech of the Fuhrer. IF he survives, he'll survive to what?
We know today what he would survive to, but he doesn't know, if ever... Keep up the good work. :-)

Thanks for looking. This was inspired by some of my father's experiences in WW2. He was in the U.S. army and served in Europe.
