Description
Second in a series of abstracts depicting a large pile of trash so nauseatingly ugly that I didn't dare post the original - captured near the railroad tracks on 2/6/18.
A ZOOM would be to your advantage.

I commend you on transforming trash into beautiful art. Fantastic postwork!

Well you certainly made an interesting piece of art out of this pile of trash! I'm sure it looks a whole lot better than the original…

It's beyond me that this piece got all of 3 comments: This is first rate abstraction. There are pieces in museums no better than this, and they made their artists a ton of money. Love the flat white and black here, and then the watercolor 'bleeds' by contrast. And the Dubuffet-like blob-by shapes and organic everyone's-bumping-into-everyone-else feel. This is terrific, Harry: Whatever garbage you took this from, man you made it into a first-rate abstract. And your subtle coloring really feels like you gave gentle dabbings of watercolor over a very intense India ink painting. Terrific.
(in case you don't remember Dubuffet, here's a link to Google Images: Just look at the first several abstracts in thumbnail: He would cheer your piece, guaranteed:
