Description

BagginsBill made an awesome script for me, on request to easily scatter no less than 150 fish around with a single click. And so this picture was suddenly a LOT easier to set up and do. The shark is Adam Thwaites' free Great White. The mackerel is mine (here in Free Stuff) and BagginsBill's scrip can be found in this thread: https://forum.smithmicro.com/topic/3641/any-python-gurus-who-would-like-a-challenge ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Poser11Pro. Superfly.

Neat! Must have taken a lot of memory to put that together. Like the depth of field effect, too.

Thanks. And .. well .. not really. At least I don't think so. The mackerel is fairly low rez and .. hmm.. I'm not sure if Poser does some internal instancing... or it actually loads the obj 150 times ... I hope not. And I think not, because I could maneuver around with no problems, and my computer is old and with only a measly 8GB of Ram. So it looks worse (memory-wise) than it is, suppose :) Lately, I've been using DoF in almost all my renders. I like the effect. I tried with depth cue for this one as well, but Superfly can't do Depth Cue and the Firefly render wasn't quite as nice. So I dropped the idea and went with pure DoF.
