Great idea, perhaps try rendering the image in Bryce completely, it lacks depth and the resolution of the background image kills it. I'd love to see it rendered in Bryce, although post-production never bothers me, this image is more of a composite than a render?

Shadowdragonlord - I appreciate your comments. My image is a composite out of necessity. It's the old story of "my computer's not up to it..." Could see in my mind what i wanted and started on the terrain work & plant creation - that alone with the lights used made a Bryce file of 172 megs... rendering took a few days. Knew there was no way my machine could handle all the characters inside the scene - which i would have much preferred - so used the bryce render as a background plate for positioning in poser and created the characters... Have bought a lottery ticket, and as soon as it wins will redo this one right... [:)] Best to you and thanks again for the comment, hewsan

I think the composited effect is working great in the image, it lends graphic and colour qualities that i think sit just right. The lighting texing armor and colring is bang on and would make a wonderful illustration for a book, cover, and great composition. Yes i like this image very much hewsan

I like this Hewsan, and if you really want to render it all in bryce, let me know, I'll put this new dual proc. beast I just made into action and see if we can't get it done realy quick :) Great work!

Denno1 appreciate. Poser rendering is not one of my strong points, though did try to match up the lighting to the bryce render. Wanted a bright & colorfull image, having flashbacks to fantasy/mythological images that captivated my imagination when i was young... Been awhile since i created an entire scene and got into the doing of this one. Glad you like it. Syn - really do appreciate your offer, but this is a large file & I'm on dial up....... and the Bryce challenge that i did this for ends the end of this month.... and I'm pleased enough with the result for now to go on to other projects. Thanks again you two. best, hewsan

This reminds me of my AD&D days. I think I have a couple of those charaters in my fig collections.
