Should you be too far from these locks, Vac Shelters are centrally located along the dock at regular intervals. As with any shops, restaurants, hotels etc, doors will automatically open allowing access. In the case of premises, it is mandatory to have an inner secure lock room. Vac Shelters will continue to admit through their safety locks until the section is fully decompressed. All secure locks will have an independent air supply. DO NOT PANIC. Your only option is to remain in your shelter until the dock is re-pressurised or rescue teams arrive.
