I actually play an online sim called 2nd life and a friend of mine who goes by Marie wore something very similar to this outfit. She definitely has tattoos. LOL

Beautiful image! Love the dress, the ink and of course the lady! I like how you've posed the long braid. I have 2 hair products (with braids) and I'm completely frustrated trying to pose them. Great job!
