God work with terrain! How can You apply noise in certain regions?

Armands, no noise, but I did spike the terrain several times. Here's more information: Image stats are: file: 69.9Mb, polygons:27,741,400, render time: an astonishing 8m:48s. THe image was basically created with 3 tiled terrains. I then duplicated each terrain, changed the mesh to 1024, spiked it once or twice. Then I rubbed out the unwanted trees and moved the tree'terrain' down a smidge. Lastly, added a tree-ish texture. Did this for each terrain and then grouped them. Copied the group for a more expansive look. Applied same technique to mountains and background valley. Mountains are actually one terrain rotated a variety of times. Tree from 3dcafe, plants are mine, and standard Bryce fog. I think the sky was from FastTraxx. 'nuff said.
