Description

There are many tense moments on the space station as the blue alien, the chief programmer and the three androids rush to create the dummy androids. It doesn't take them long to put the bodies together. There are spare parts in abundance. Luckily, the android company is rather lax in keeping track of inventory. But just to be safe, four more fake brains are created to replace those used in creating the dummys. One of the assembly technicians wanders into the assembly section just as they are about to finish, but he is too drunk to notice what they are doing. He mumbles a bunch of incoherent gibberish and wanders back out again. Another close call happens when the military commander of the station calls over to suggest having an inspection of their section for safety reasons. The chief programmer takes the call because the manager is sound asleep. He is able to stall the commander to wait until the CEO returns. That was almost too close for comfort. Once all the details have been finished, the blue alien summons his associate. The saucer safely navigates back into the cargo shuttle bay where the blue alien and the three androids are waiting. The chief programmer arrives shortly after with a cart loaded with ten of the good gel-gen brains. They are quickly loaded onto the saucer, along with the passengers before anyone notices their activity. The blue alien's 'spy' leaves with them as well. As planned, the chief programmer stays behind to take care of any loose ends that might crop up. The saucer and its occupants exit the space station and not a moment too soon. They aren't gone long before the CEO returns from the planet below. He is greeted by the chief programmer who fills him in on the preparations made upon his instructions. The manager comes running up too looking rather perplexed. He has been caught napping and has the look of a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar. The programmer is able to smooth things over explaining why the alien has left. His story seems to appease the CEO who breathes a sigh of relief. 'Once those androids are destroyed, we can start assembly of more androids with the proper programming. We have fallen behind schedule. The board of trustees is anxious we start shipping product as soon as possible!' The saucer and its occupants reaches the coordinates given them by the chief programmer to pick up the lone planet bound android. He has been anxiously awaiting their arrival as the location doesn't seem very safe. At least no one has discovered his disguise and he was able to leave the android company's facilities without being challenged. But he is learning about the human capacity for worrying. He is very glad to greet his three brothers as he boards the flying saucer. In short order, they reach the coordinates the programmer gave the blue alien for his ancestral island. It is a welcome sight below them. The blue alien's associate skillfully guides the saucer down to hover above the landing platform where the chief programmers two 'friends' are waiting. As the exit the saucer, one of the androids looks down to see the three bears the programmer has told them about. Two of them are ambling over to the landing platform looking very curious. 'They look like they are anxious to meet you!' says one of the friends as he greets the guests coming off the saucer. 'I'm sure you will find them to be great companions!' 'I have been looking forward to meeting these bears myself!' says the blue alien. 'From what the programmer has told me about them, I'm looking forward to learning their secrets. Their design sounds most intriguing! Its amazing to know they were designed so long ago.' The saucer is quickly unloaded with the gel-gen brains put in a safe place in the castle. The blue alien's associate and the 'spy' say goodbye to the blue alien for now. They have decided to return to the mother ship stationed out much further in the solar system where they will wait for the blue alien to summon them. He wants to stay on the island and work with the four androids and pick the brain of the chief programmer some more. Everyone is a little tense waiting for his safe return. M4 and various characters. Very nice concept and render, but bears are not always aggressive to humans, are they?! 🐻
