Description
Sorry, I forgot to upload this last one!
Bear with my extra uploads: You don't have to comment on everything!
Another old upload, this one an exploration of the old medium-and-large-format film shots.
The postwork was tedious, but I was trying to capture old film...
Used in a poster.
(Better zoomed, it's large)

Thank you again, everyone.
I'll get to all of you before I leave!

It looks so clean and clear, when you do this. Love this effect. You make it look like it has been snowing :)

this is a great bit of art. so stark and yet filled with shapes and angles and textures. I can see this used as an advert to welcome people or intice people to move into the neighborhood

Superb.
I had a Yashica 2 1/4 " square twin lens reflex and on of my more adult lodgers stole it.

Sensational depth, definition and repetition in this stellar wintry black and white. Despite your efforts, the image looks brand new, at least to these ancient eyes. There must be filters out there in Photoshopland that would give a solid old look to your work.

A beautiful capture with a great wintery feel. I love the finish you have given it as it looks lovely and fresh even though you were trying to give it an old photo look. 😀

Great atmospheric image. Stark and a little eery with not a soul in sight and no footprints on what appears to be a snow covered sidewalk.

This is really beautiful, Mark – a wonderfully graphic image, my friend – I love it!
Years ago I had a 4 x 5 speed graphic camera – the kind that used to use back in the days when newspaper reporters had to go out and cover events carrying one of those beasts. He gave me some really fine negatives – and positives actually. I sold it on eBay a long time ago, when I realized I was going to go entirely digital.

very cold, but a very pleasing capture

So looks like a old vintage photo, love your way you capture areas of interest. Cool tone of it also.

Another of my favorites. The medallions on the fence always grab me first, as if asking me to wait just a minute before I get lost again in the amazing beauty and variety that is the architecture of Chicago. Maybe I'll do some comparisons when I get back from Savannah. The architecture must be much older and a bit different, but I bet the majesty will cross over. Of course by the time I get around to it, I'll probably have forgotten this idea all together. :P
