Should be an easy one! Those tiny specks toward the right are actually people walking at low tide!
ANSWER: Sorry I thought this would be easier and the reference to the tides would give it away! I guess most people who visit don't do the big climb to the top of the Abbey and thus maybe miss this view?
It's the view from top of the Abbey at Mont St Michel in Normandy France.
