Description
Just one of several trash piles captured on 2/25/18, from a now defunct Hooverville-like row of shelters adjacent to the railroad tracks I often peruse. People just recently lived amid that mess but are now gone, probably from a command from the city.

Amazing, that the community doesnt see to get this cleaned up again. Love your postwork... hehe maybe they think some ghosts will come and make it go away LOL!
