Sad end to such glorious flying machines to whom we owe so much! I was just reading that a fleet of airborne nurses and medics enabled prolonged campaigns which could be embarked upon by both American and British troops because of the superior facility for handling war casualties. Nice shot Richard!

If waiting for a rebuild I find it strange that it's left out in the open like this. Makes for a more difficult and costly rebuild when they get started with it. Nice photo of the interior components, though. Keep up the good work. :-)

Rebuilding something like this is usually a big costly job... it's not like rebuilding the engine in a classic car, it has to be safe and reliable.
