That was said just before he ripped her arm off and ate it. Peace would be wonderful, but it is hard enough dealing with humans. Throw Orcs into the mix and it's a recipe for disaster.

Well when Chamberlain came back from Berlin during the first shoot of his arrival a wind gust took the paper (treaty) right out his hand. So he said: "I have here a piece of sh#t!" Of course that didn't make the news. But the recording did survive the second world war and was used in a documentary.
