Description

The entrance to Socoa Bay, framed by the lighthouses of Sainte-Barbe Point and Socoa, was defended by the fort of Socoa, built under Louis XIII and remodelled by Vauban. L'entrée de la baie de Socoa, encadrée par les phares de la pointe Sainte-Barbe et de Socoa, était défendue par le fort de Socoa, construit sous Louis XIII et remanié par Vauban.
